Hi there,

I am looking for someone to build me a site like this:

The site must contain a way to live stream a camera/webcam to the site which any one can view, but no one must be able to bid on the products unless they have logged in and paid a deposit. User may chat once they are registered, but may only place a bid when they have deposited money into the specific account details.

Let me know if you can and have done something like this and hopefully we can work together!
