Beautify existing website coded in AngularJS

Hi,
I have a project coded in AngularJS that needs css/html modifications (beautification).
The bottom line is that the site is ugly and old looking. It's a file manager website (similar to dropbox)... and this is how it looks like:

I need somebody to make it look moden, slick and just beautiful. Example of the same project that is beautiful: [login to view URL] (you need to REGISTER to see the interface).
So if you're great with UI (Design, CSS and HTML (a little bit of javascript/jquery might be a huge plus) please bid. I will carefully go through bids and choose the person that read all of this and understands what I want.
