P1 Motorsports is a growing professional auto racing team from south Florida. We participate in 3 different racing series. We own 3 race cars in IMSA Sportscar Championship LMP3, 4 Lamborghini Super Trofeo Huracan EVO ST, as well as 2 AMG Mercedes GTD. Our shop is divided into different locations. We have 4 transport trailers / car haulers. Things can get very hard to organize without a centralized site. We are in need of a back site for operations of our company. We are looking to implement a place where are employees can perform basic functions such as clocking in and out of certain projects, inventory control with "low" warnings, library of catalogs, order forms for parts, etc. I have attached a document better outlining the exact details. We have a desktop in each shop and an Ipad in each trailer. We are hoping to have a system where are employees can streamline their tasks and allow owners/managers to see reports. The website is currently being moved from Wordpress format to WIX hosting services. There are many more specific tasks/functions we would like for this system to perform are outlined in the text document attached. I feel like the hardest part would be the order form for the mechanics to send out for approval and the inventory systems in the trailers. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have.
