We create a printed directory from data that is contained in a MySql database. Here is last year published directory [url removed, login to view]
I will give you a spreadsheet OSD or Excel, you will need to create an xml file from the spreadsheet then imported into InDesign CS5 and styled according to the table, so one style for Business Name another style for address etc
You will then supply us with an indesign document which we can adjust accordingly.
