Create jigsaw puzzle pieces from existing PSD file on android

I have a psd file [url removed, login to view] and require some code to do the following:

First merge the [url removed, login to view] with any other image of same size (attached I have [url removed, login to view]) so hence creating a full jigsaw puzzle.

Secondly I need the code to then crop each piece and save it as 9 seperate image pieces (as similar to attached [url removed, login to view]) etc

Plenty more work for the winner of this project happy bidding.

ALl files are attached. Also I don't mind if this is done in android or java. Prefer android though but im easy.
