Phase 1 - I have the plans, principal sections and have almost completed the elevations. I need a full sketch model done for simple walk throughs, very basic finishes, some simple furniture.
Phase 2 - I then need 6 fixed views worked up to presentation quality with proper lighting and finishes. 4 internal, two external.
