Good day,
My name is Patrik and I am sending you this email with an attachment containing a video, in which I describe in detail my vision for the project. The goal of this project is to create a comprehensive system that will enable me to efficiently set prices for my construction projects. This system should also provide tools for creating schedules and allow for the efficient allocation of labor resources, including the selection of specific employees for individual projects.
Specifically, we need to create a section that allows our construction workers to continuously record and update information relevant to our construction project. It would be beneficial if this new item had features for adding notes, sharing photos from the worksite, as well as submitting invoices for materials. This part of the document should be designed to enable easy and efficient sharing of important information with all parties involved.
In addition, it is urgent that we implement a system through which workers can record the hours worked at the end of each working day associated with a specific project. This process should be intuitive and minimize the administrative burden on our workers, while ensuring accurate and regular records for tracking progress and accounting purposes.
