Flash Intro Needed

I need a three-minute Flash video tour created that has 5 scripted chapters. I already have a designer creating this Flash video, but I want to hedge my bets and have another created as a back-up. The paradigm for this video is the Flash tour here: [url removed, login to view] (two pieces, the basic embedded piece and the pop-up tour.)

I have a resource to create the voice over audio, and we have this thing scripted already.

Here are the parameters:

- Video needs to follow the animation style of the referenced video

- I'll provide all the graphic elements you need, in various Flash files

- I'll provide the design guidance and fonts as well

- Needs to be chaptered and work three minutes full

- Voice over needs to be embedded (we will furnish)

- I have a number of PDFs - one per chapter - which need to "drop-down" in similar fashion

- PDFs cannot be downloaded without completing form fields and submitting them successfully...simple validation is necessary to prevent empty or invalid field data from submitting...will include a minimal number of fields

- Need quick turnaround

If you don't have an example of competent flash video creation to share, please don't bid because I can't afford the risk involved.

## Deliverables

Deliverables must include working Flash video as well as HTML embedding code/javascript for web display in a resized pop-up window. Also require source files in fla format.
