Find me an appropriate mapping tool

I need someone to find me an online mapping tool (preferably free) that has the following features
* Ability to upload a list of address (possible hundreads) and to show these address as pins on a map
* Ability to upload a list of postcodes or Zip Codes, and these will outline the postcode / zipcode on the map

You will also create a map for me where I will provide 2 files (one with address and one with postcodes).
Preferably the tool should be free
The tool must be very easy to create new maps as I will do this myself.
