I have project "Bus Dispatch System "i did it before and i have a some change in guidelines for that and PM file but the date is 2013 i want to change to 2015 with my date.

some of requirement i didn't write so i want to complete the requirement

Imagine that you are a project manager in X Software Company and you received a request for proposal from a mid-size company to design and develop software or computer information system. Using software/information system PM theory, knowledge and tools, complete the following project management activates and develop all required essential plans/documents for SW/CIS D&D project:

1. Select and justify Software Design and Development Model to be used.

2. Create a project charter.

3. Develop Scope Statement with:

functional requirements (about 10-12),

non-functional requirements (about 5-7),

Constraints on technical platform (operating systems, programming languages, types of computers to be used).

Creating the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) (a list of tasks – about 15 – 20 tasks)

Creating the WBS dictionary and scope baseline

4. Develop Time Management Plan including:

List of all project tasks (with duration and predecessors for each task);

Gantt diagram;

Determining the critical path

Calculating early and late start and finish dates

Total project time.

5. Develop Cost Management Plan (it should be similar to Figure 7-2 p269), including:

list of project human resources (with salaries);

list of project materials (with costs);

Earned Value Management (EVM)

Total Project budget.

6. Develop Human Resource Management Plan including

List of required human resources (with titles of jobs) for this design & development project.

Roles and Responsibilities Matrix;

Resource Histogram

7. Develop Risk Management Plan including:

Risk List (with at least 7 different types of risks associated with this project)

Create Risk Register table (it should be similar to Table 11-5 p 437)

Performing Qualitative risk analysis (using probability/Impact Matrixes)

Performing Quantitative risk analysis (Decision Tree analysis with EMV)

8. Develop Quality Management Plan including:

Performing quality assurance

Performing quality control

Deliverables:

1. You are required to analyze and compare at least three SW/CIS PM tools and include the comparison result in the project report (choose one of them in your project and justify your selection).

2. Create Project Report with outcomes of items # 1-8 (cover page, index and contents)

3. Create Project Presentation that reflects all major outcomes # 1-8 of this project.
