Analyze Survey Results in SPSS

SPSS Analyst Wanted.
I am doing an academic questionnaire survey on leadership traits. I am in the final stage of data entry into SPSS file. I need someone who is professional in using SPSS to analyze data, including all basic correlate, factor analysis, crosstabs, cluster etc. You have to write in point form interpreting the relationship and meaning of the data base on which I have to write my research paper.
I will provide the required data in ready to analyze format. You have to run with SPSS [url removed, login to view] or up. My version is 20. If you are interested please use the attached small sample to do the data interpretation and show me your skill. You only need to tell me what analyzing methods you will use and why (what can be tell from the findings). Example: to compare the demographic data with the leadership traits; to group leadership traits into groups that are interrelated, etc.
