We need 5 people to chat with the application we built.
It's a chatbot to service travelers visiting Japan. The purpose of the test is to find questions that our system doesn't answer, or can't answer well enough, so that we can improve accuracy.
Here are the requirements:
1 - read our manual that we'll send you
2 - access to URL & enter code
3 - open your FB messenger
4 - ask about 150 questions you'd ask when you stay in a hotel (list provided)
5 - take notes (sheet will be provided)
