Zendesk Help Page Customization

Hello

We need someone with a documented profile that shows where they have successfully completed Zendesk customization projects on the Help Desk page. The page should be very functional and able to be maintained by our staff how have very little computer knowledge. The final product should look like this:

Please note that we will only respond if samples of your work is on your profile. We would want access to your clients to verify your work with them directly on your performance. The final product should be delivered within a week or less.
