I need someone to create a web layout/design for a dental office. We have someone will code and put in the text, create the forms, etc. We just need a base template and design created. We prefer it is a responsive design using either Bootstrap or Zurb Foundation. Of course we don't want to use any Flash on this website. We are looking for curves on the main page, and we want the phone number, name, make an appointment, and social link very prominent. It should convey a caring yet professional tone.
