This project consists on creating a webrtc client that:

- is compatible with windows 7, 8 and 10

LANGUAGE: This project should be developed in Visual C++ and all source code and project setup instructions should be provided.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This should be a windows APP to be compatible with an existing Android WebRTC app that already exists and that will be shared with you once the project starts.

- Features

- On start for the first time, show a QR Code, that the Android APP (that will be provided to you) would be used to scan to pair and establish the call

- Once paired, the Android APP will automatically establish a call

- The the windows app receives an incoming call, should automatically answer

- This app is only a receiver (video and audio) and does not transmit audio or video

- When the app is receiving video, it should show the same instead of the previously mentioned QR Code

- This app, should show a button to record the video to a file on hard drive

- This app should show the list of paired Android phones

- This app, should show a button to remove a paired Android phone

- This app should show a button to add a new authorized Android phone. For that it should show a QR Code again

- This app should use WebRTC without a signalling server (used only for local networks).

- This app should also run in background (even if the user pressed the close button on the app window).

- End to end encryption is used to be compatible with the Android APP - Webrtc protocol

- The app should start automatically on boot and attach to the system tray (should be able to be opened by the system tray as well)

- The app should adapt to the Android video transmission quality and bitrate in realtime

- The app should have a delay smaller than 100ms on a test transmition running for 60 minutes.

- The app should open a local socket that dumps the video + audio stream (independently of the codec)

- You are responsible to interpret the Android client APP on your own and figure out how to make a compatible Windows APP.

- You should provide the minimal design for this app on your own (should be a single window without navigation screens / flows)

- You should provide the source code

- You should test it on windows 7, 8 and 10

- The project requires NDA signature (with your ID attached) and you can't share or re-use this code

- All your code should be on a git repository give to you (you should work over git)
