01. THERE SHOULD BE SAME NUMBER OF LINES ALSO SAME WORDS,
SAME PAGE NUMBER
02. ALSO SAME FILE NAME IE BOTH THE FILE NAME OF .GIF AND NOT PAD SHOULD BE SAME AS, PER THE SAMPLE PAGE.
03. WE WILL PROVIDE 250 .GIF FILES(SLOT) AND YOU HAVE TO TYPE IN NOT PAD IN 14 DAYS,AFTER THAT THE COMPANY WILL TAKE 21-25 DAYS FOR QUALITY CHECKING AND PAYMENTS.
04. ALL THE PAYMENT WILL BE DONE AFTER QUALITY CHECKING OF THE PAGES.
05. AMOUNT IS DEPENDS UP ON THE ACCURICY LEVEL PARAMETER GIVEN BELOW.
06. 95.1% - 100.0% = Rs. 4000/-*
07. 90.1% - 95.0% = Rs. 3000/-*
08. 85.1% - 90.0% = Rs. 2000/-*
09. 80.1% - 85.0% = Rs. 1000/-*
10. 75.1% - 80.0% = Rs. 500/-*
11. Below 75.1% = NIL
12. RS. As per Indian currency.

Rejection Criteria(100%) :
1. File name of the converted text file does not match with the correspondence image file name.
2. The file should be completed and send it before the deadline mentioned by the company.
3. There is difference between the no. of pages in IMAGE file and the notepad file.
4. Incomplete Files.
5. If files received are less than the files delivered to you.
6. Text is in other than “Times New Roman” Font.
Termination Criteria(100%):
1. File not submitted, job work has been rejected, incomplete file submitted.
2. Duplication of data found in any page.
3. Any conversion software used, Slots & Agreement will be cancelled without prior notice
