I'm on the hunt for a catering professional to provide a sumptuous buffet for 160 guests at a forthcoming event. The catering style is buffet, and the cuisine should be local/American.
The main tasks for this project include:

- Ensuring the cuisine aligns with the local/American theme
- Setting up the buffet display in an aesthetically pleasing manner
