C#.NET Email Client using Microsoft Office 365

I need a simple EXE (written in C#.NET) that I can call to send out 1 email at a time using MS Office 365. The EXE should use 2 XML files. One XML file will contain the Office 365 account credentials. The other XML file will contain the following email parameters:

1) To Email address

2) Cc address(es)

3) BCc address(es)

4) Subject line

5) Body (path to text file)

6) From Alias (Name)

There should be a .txt log file which logs successes and failure (with description of errorr). The log file should have a MMYYYY timestamp. (e.g., [login to view URL])

IMPORTANT NOTE: I do not have Office 365 credentials that I can share. So, I can test it myself, but I do not have credentials that I can provide for your development and testing.
