Each user can be linked to each other and then assigned a hierarchy
Need to have drop down to search for user and then link to them.
Create foreign key relationship so that its one to many.
For example
Parents are user 1 and user 2
They have two children 3 & User 4
The two children get married to User 5 and user 6
And have three children each but not active user just entry under parent.
Parent can set up children but child can also set up as user.
