first program: I have timeseries data domething like: hourly time rainfall 01 0.6 02 1.0 etc.. calculate the average, max, min in hourly/daily/monthly/yearly rainfall data in an area specified by the user. program 2 you have an image divided into areas or polygons we have to test these areas to see if they are flooded,if flooded we need to send a message to people to evacuate. If the areas has water more than certain no. then evacuate immediately warning if the area has less but more than certain no. then issue a different type of warning. Let us assume we have three types of warnings. Program 3: find the best route for: city a to city n between city/location a and city/location n there may be 5 routes, we have to find the shortest route between city a and city n. You have to read from a file that stores the distance between cities something like: city a city b 300 Miles city b city c 400 miles ....etc. Thanks
