We are looking for people, who are really good and fast in building a Web Potral for the Government. The portal should have the following functions -

1. User Registration and Authentication

2. Web Page should pick up the data from Database, arrange & display in the browser

3. The layout, style, color, theme all are configurable by the user

4. Content management system, Content Upload on approval

5. Ad manager

6. WYSIWYG Data editing feature
