1. Need an experienced ESP32 programmer

Part A

2. Retrieve values from the first group of GPIO pins. The first group of GPIO pins are connected to thermometer

3. Send the values to a web server using HTTPS and WiFi

4. If there is no WiFi or Internet connection, store the value and will send when WiFi and Internet connection are available

Part B

5. Retrieve instructions from the web server using HTTPS and WiFi

6. Based on the instructions, control the second group of GPIO pins (turn on/off)

Part C

7. OTA firmware if there is a new firmware and user allows
