Hello,

I want and app for some devices, mainly and first for iOS (iphone, ipod, ipad), after successful working app, reply it for Blackberry and Android and maybe Windows Mobile.

The app needs to do this:

1.- Every second(or less) check a specific twitter user for his messages, and decode some messages for example a sample msg will be like:

XXXX A BBBB CCC

Then if in the message "A" it?s equal or more than "Y" (Y is customized by de app user), then grab the number, and send instantly a push notification to the user, like "XXXX A EEE UUU"

This is only the function I need, maybe an historic of PUSH notifications like a small history log, a button that inmediatly makes a call to a specified number that the user have entered in a configuration, and last a button that when the user push it, sends a SMS to the specified number or a custom number, that SMS will contain the GPS location.

Please tell me if you can do this, pricing and timing.

Second:

An app for a linux server, that uses the API of clickatell of any global SMS gateway, and does almost exactly the same as the iOS app, but just when the "A" is equal or more than "Y" sends inmediatly an SMS to a list of phone numbers.
