School management software that will have three groups of users school administrators, teachers, and parents. for parents, just a mobile app is needed, for school administrators and teachers mobile and web apps are required. All applications should support Arabic and English language with an opening to add more languages in the future.
The time frame for the project is negotiable
Technologies
The backend will be Rest APIs developed in C# dot net core hosted on Azure cloud and all application data will be saved in SQL server databases hosted on Azure cloud. Frontend for the mobile apps will be developed in Xamarin and C# will have two apps one for Ios and one for Android. The web application front end will be developed in Angular 2.
Your code should follow Test-driven development principles and should have unit tests. Descriptive naming conventions and commented code. This is a work for hire all project source code ownership will belong to us.
After the project is complete we will need support for deploying the project to Azure and bug fixes. All project source code will be hosted on GitHub private repo.
A design document with UML diagrams explaining project architecture is required with code delivery.
Please create a mockup for the user interface and we have to approve the mockup before you start creating the application.

Payments
there will be only one payment for this project after project completion. . after project completion I will need around 2 weeks to test and review source code before releasing the funds.
