HI, I am looking for an Expert Mobile app developer for both IOS and Android. What you need to do is create a simple Windows logon app that will allow different clients to create their Profile which I need to authorise. Once they in, they can create different GEOFENCES and for each GEOFENCE a Promotion with picture and text and then decide how long they want it running and what radius (Kilometers). Then another app for the client to download that will allow them to receive this promotion once they in the GEOFENCE area. The deskptop app and mobile app must be fancy and colourful but simple, nothing fancy. Look at this youtube link ([login to view URL]) to understand the Admin app and then on the Appstore you will find LocalBeacons app, this is similar example to the client app......... only experts bid
