I currently have an app that should show push notification when an Alert is inserted into MySQL Database.
It works through Firebase and you should know "Ionic".
How it should work?
1)
When a user downloads the app, it asks the first time he opens the app for a MOBILE APP ID and saves the ID Ex. 12345
2)
There are 2 types of Sounds for the Alert.
Short sound alert and Long sound Alert.
The user can choose 1 sound between the 3 short sounds and
1 sound between the 3 long sounds
Whenever a ROW is inserted into the MySQL Database, the app should check if the Unique ID inserted is equal to the ID stored in the phone.
If the Unique ID is equal, it should check the user settings saved.
If Push Notification is enabled, it should Show Push notification immediately.
If Sound is enabled, it should check if it's a short or long sound alert.
and sound the saved sound.
If Vibration is enabled, it should also vibrate.
(if the sound is short, it should vibrate short, and if its an alert for LONG sound, it should vibrate Long).
That's how it works.
Right now, when a Row is inserted into MySQL Database, everything works except 2 things.
1 - It don't make a sound
2 - if the sound is long, the vibrate will keep vibrating too long.
I need those bugs fixed.
