Android Flutter app video player and list - need smooth scrolling and playing (VIDEO PLAYER CRASHING)

I have an app that downloads videos to local mobile device. After download, the videos are displayed on a list, ready to play. You can scroll the list up and down. When you click a video, it opens in video player and plays. On video player you can scroll to next/previous video. So there are 2 type of scrolls: on-list scroll (scroll the list of videos) and in-player scroll (scroll from one video to another inside the player). Videos are retrieved from local device, not server so scrolling and video access should be a lot quicker and smooth.
1. On-list scroll thumbnails refreshing every time you scroll, even after they have already opened. Need to refresh once only and show thumbnails next time you open.
2. In-player scroll - video player crashing when swiping videos quickly or even slowly, need to scroll smoothly without crashing.
3. In-player scroll - there is huge dark area between video transition when you swipe between videos, need to remove that and transition smoothly.
4. Video track forward and backward jittery, not smooth. Needs to forward and backwards track smoothly
