SEE ATTACHED: VERN Authorization Boundary is the diagram and description of the necessary VM's, network, backup requirements, and associated services. This person should be familiar with setting up advanced infrastructure such as "jump server" and setting up security and monitoring services outlined in the attached boundary. Setting up an Azure Government type solution a plus but not required.
