I am looking for someone who understands medical research, medical conditions, terminology and the skin.
I need a report on the best available treatments for some skin conditions using up to date recent medical evidence based medicine ( ie research papers )
I wish to focus the report on options such as lasers, IPLs treatments, Photdynamic Therapy , LED light, Skin peels, new topical medications and not the standard oral antibiotics that are protocols in doctors books.
I want the report to express which laser is better, which wavelength and number of treatments needed etc for the condition.
Also any recommended combinations of lasers , peels, skin treatments, prescription medications etc that may be recommended - eg 3 sessions of a lactic peel then a blue LED light and skin care with x ingredients in it etc. Or for example - treatment for a cyctic pimple may be a TCA spot treatment and a cortisone injection.
Also I want a report on indications for PDT (photodynamic therapy) and LED light treatments.
ie Which conditions PDT (photodynamic therapy) can be used for, number of sessions recommended, and how to use it ( setting, joules and time under the light) and the same for the LED lights - blue, infra red and yellow and red lights.
I need the references as well.
