Convert HTML (image URL) to images in .JPG file

I would require 5500-6000 image urls (HTML) to be converted into .jpg image file.
I will provide you with the image urls, you only need to convert them into jpg and send them to me in google drive. The image background need not be changed. Most of the images are in white background. Please find sample image URL :
