Wordpress - fix php template

I made a change to my Wordpress template, named 'Responsive', and now I'm unable to access my site. Here's what I attempted to change in the "Theme Functions ([login to view URL])": [login to view URL]

The website is www.myhhatraining.com. The error message is:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/jjfulfer/public_html/wp-content/themes/responsive/includes/[login to view URL] on line 278

I tried re-adding the portion of script that I removed but can't get it to work. And now, since I logged out, I can't log back in to the site. I need someone to restore the site for me and get the template back to how it was.

Please let me know what you'll charge to fix this.
