Need a Flash expert to debug a fairly simple animation.

The animation is a loop that calls a SOAP web service at least every 10 minutes. The main problem is that the main loop doesn’t always call the conditional animation. When the conditional animation is "skipped" once, it does not work again, unless the browser is refreshed.
