ANR Handler Code Requirements:
- The code should effectively handle ANRs (Application Not Responding) and ensure that the app remains responsive and stable.
- It should be able to detect and handle ANRs caused by long-running operations, network requests, and other potential bottlenecks.

I want to have code that handles ANRs, meaning whenever ANR occurs in any android app it should stop processing the activity on screen or finish the screen and go to back to main screen. This should be generic code which I can use in all my Apps to prevent ANRs so that ANRs stats drop. Write the code in Java.
