I am looking for a freelancer who can trace a hand-drawn image and turn it into a high-quality logo. The logo will be used for my wallpaper business and needs to be in a raster format (JPEG, PNG, or TIFF). The hand-drawn image features a wallpaper roll in which the name of the company has been incorporated (Company name: Al Decor).

Design Preferences:
- I have specific color and design preferences for the logo. Primary colours: dark green (pantone 7736 UP), gold, and black.
- I would like the freelancer to use their professional judgement and creativity to enhance the logo design if necessary.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in logo design and tracing hand-drawn images into digital formats.
- Proficient in using software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to create high-quality raster images.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
