I'm in need of a proficient graphic designer who has ample experience in photo editing and logo removal.

Here are the project specifics:
- The image provided is currently in JPEG format and I am aiming to have the Four Pillars logo removed.
- The image is a picture of our team that we want to use for marketing purposes, hence the removal of the irrelevant logo.
- Post-removal of the logo, I don't want a specific colour background, but the background should seamlessly blend in with the current background of the image.
- The predominant colours of the background are silver, green and black.

Ideal skills for the opportunity would include extensive experience with Photoshop or similar software, attention to detail and a knack for colour matching. Seamless integration with the current image will be key for this project's success.
