I am looking for a professional logo designed for my new brand, Motivated Seller Prospects. I would like this to be an icon along with the words: Motivated Seller Prospects. Please read the background description below to fully understand what this brand represents. This will help you with design of icon.

Background to help you design logo: This brand is representing a marketing company that generates leads for Real Estate Investors. The type of leads we generate are called motivated sellers. These people typically have a damaged or distressed property they are looking to sell fast for cash. We help real estate investors find these properties through our online marketing campaigns.

My thoughts for icon: Couple ideas would be a distressed looking house (animated) with a target and arrow on it. Could also be a distressed house icon with cash incorporated. If you search for Distressed house cartoons you can see some examples to model after. DO NOT use any of the pictures on Google. You will be automatically disqualified if you use any copyright images from Google.

Color: For the text, I am thinking just black. But I would be open to seeing green option as well. If you use blue, green, yellow or red, you MUST use of these color codes:
