<Technology Description>
This technology provides voice guidance to visually impaired people who are car passenger.
One of the problems for visually impaired people using vehicles is that they do not have enough time to grasp the surrounding environment when getting out of the vehicle.
To solve this problem, this technology, when a visually impaired person is included in the passengers of the vehicle, inform the visually impaired person of the situation around the vehicle by voice guidance when the visually impaired person gets out of the vehicle.
