<Technology Description>
In order to make package pickup and delivery more efficient, the use of predetermined locations as package drop-off and pick-up points is becoming more widespread. For example, package delivery lockers are installed at public facilities such as train stations and at the entrances to apartment buildings. Recently, car trunks are also being used as package delivery lockers.
　The important thing here is to ensure that people who are not qualified to receive packages do not have access to it. One solution is to deliver the "key" to the user's cell phone. If a person eligible to receive the package requests the "key," it is delivered to his/her cell phone, and he/she uses the "key" to open the locker. On the other hand, if another person requests the "key," it is not delivered. Even if the "key" has been delivered for some reason, the "key" is deactivated.
