I am in the process of building a new website. I do not need any help building it. I am doing that myself. What I do need help with is the top image of the website. I will upload the top image. I need someone to design this top image where it looks good on the site. I want it to blend in well with my colors. My colors are:
#004994 - Blue
#E4240D - Red
#FFFFFF - White

I will want the top image to look good on desktop, tablet, and phone. I do not want the image and the text having white text on white image, etc.. you understand what I'm saying. The concept of the top image is:

We do in home appliance repair. There is a house in the image and in that house we want some sick looking appliances. The service van is "speeding" to the house to work on those sick appliances. I'm gonna upload some images of our rabbit mascot (so to speak). I'd like to have the rabbit driving the van, not standing on top of it. I'd like an american flag having on the side of the house. I'd like for the american flag to have my exact colors in it. Not a different shade. You can redesign it however you want, but I think I have explained how I'd like to have it.

IMPORTANT!! It has to not make the text in that top section unreadable. I can change the color of the text if needed.. And when it is looked at on a mobile device it needs to look just as good. I understand there isn't as much room and some of that will be left out, but I want it to look good on all devices.

Must stick with my color scheme. You can see the rest of the site to see the color pattern. Basically it's red, white, and blue.

I would greatly appreciate if you can help me with this. I love contests because there are so many great graphic designers with great ideas. So good luck!! And thanks again!
