Peak Performance is the theme of our third quarter challenge - we're looking to motivate our teams to reach new heights in their execution and performance of their jobs. We are a furniture retail company with multiple brands - and this challenge targets our sales teams, delivery / warehouse teams and corporate office is teams in Canada.

Q3 CHALLENGE OVERVIEW:
This year, our Q3 challenge is focused on achieving operational excellence and reaching new heights across our organization, including in our store and back end metrics and our support sales teams. We need to produce bigger and better results, quicker and faster, to continue to invest, grow and innovate our business.

The retail game is changing and to stay competitive, we need to a reach a new, higher level of performance.
