Real Estate Investment company, Coram Properties, looking for modern design for brand new logo, which then needs to be incorporated into a fresh PowerPoint presentation template we can use on our investor presentations.
Target audience is potential investors, portraying wealth through real estate investment through professional joint ventures.
Color scheme should be kept fairly neutral and light, as we wish to keep presentation bright and inspiring.
Logo design needs to be incorporated into a new PowerPoint template for future use. The New template should have at least 3 or 4 sheet variations, each containing the logo as a footer at the bottom of the page. Icons representing business process, agreements, partners, houses, expenses, money, business professionals, ROI, returns, and associated other investment to be used with PowerPoint presentation would be greatly appreciated.
