So I've had this unfinished project that I would like completing. The freelancer had gone this far but withdrew from the project due to family commitments so I've decided to put this out as a contest on here to see what talented freelancer out there has got creativity skills that will impress me.

This is a new beer brand label called "Bula Lager' It will be brewed and bottled in the UK but it's origins are from the Pacific island of Fiji. The word 'Bula' means hello or greetings.

For anyone who don't drink or consume alcohol, 'lager' is a type of beer. The winning label will have a catch line for the brand that isn't a copy from elsewhere.

I am also providing examples that have been done for me and I'm looking for someone to take this existing design idea and either make it better or come up with a totally new one that will impress me. some patterns used here are pacific island patterns.

The project is not only finalising the design but creating the whole label layout and important information so you will already have package design skills.

Hi there. I have plenty of experience in label design, I co-ran a graphic design business with my ex partner and was designing labels for a variety of retailers for upwards of two years. I have lots of experience in communicating with clients to get an ideal result and in fiddling with the necessary details to put on labels so that all relevant info is included and still orderly and aesthetically pleasing.
I'll begin working on my entry for this and would appreciate your confirmation on something - Essentially I would like to know if you'd like to (and have legal permission to) use those logos or variations of them for the final label OR (if you don't own the intellectual property of them for instance - if you didn't end up paying because they backed out), are you looking for a new logo that just matches that feel?
If you do own it and want to use it, please also upload a version with no background for the best results and let me know once this is done.
