I require blueprints for a economically built, two-story duplex, sized between 2200-2600 sq ft. I am looking for someone to work with well into the future as my go to person has retired. I currently am in need of this duplex but expect to build 2-4 other homes this year. We have done open space economy and stylish builds and plan to continue to do so.

This duplex will sit on a corner lot with two different streets as address. We will make a garage(both units facing the same side as side entrance door) in the center as a one story garage, to minimize long term shared roof issues. Can not be more than 28' wide with front door one that side and 90' long with a front side door somewhere along that side. Each side should be a 3/2 or 3/2.5.

  Jamie lot is 60 feet wide and 140 long so maximum building can be 26'0" ft wide that leaves a 1 ft variable in case we are slightly off when pinning the lot.
