I'm seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer to craft a medium-detailed, texture-inclusive elevation for a modern residential G+2 structure. This will be a central piece for client presentations, showcasing the innovative design and allure of the proposed building. i want only the front elevation.

**Core Requirements:**

- Produce a 3D elevation with medium level detailing
- Incorporate textures that reflect a modern aesthetic
- Design should be client-presentation ready

**Skills and Experience:**

- Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering
- Strong portfolio with architectural visualizations
- Experience with modern residential designs
