New Design - can anyone take the uploaded images of having a bear as the headdress and make one that is a bear headdress with a skull underneath instead of a person's face?

Looking to have a new patch designed for my Troop. We are an Apache Helicopter Cavalry Troop. The unit is Bravo Troop, 6-17 CAV. Our patch logos in the past have all been related to native american designs. Colors are Red, White, Gold, and Black. The logo design should be a circle with banners on the top and bottom (like attached picture titled "patch"). Looking for a red/white background (like the 6-17 CAV patch), the words BLACKFOOT on the bottom banner and BRAVO TROOP 6-17 CAV on the Top Banner (banner as in the file titled "patch")

UPDATE**
New Idea to have the same patch background with the labels on top and bottom and red/white background but looking to get a logo made of an Indian warrior riding a Bear shooting a Longbow bow/arrow. Bear should be facing to the left with the indian on top getting ready to shoot the bow and arrow from on top of the bear. If you can make the bear growling great, and if you can put an indian headdress on the indian great too. (The bear is historical to our units history so we want to incorporate a bear into the theme). In the background in the top left put the AH-64 and the Shadow UAV in the top right both facing forward.
