Microsoft Word Template for Brochures/Promotions and editable footer

I'm in need of a professional graphic designer to create a Microsoft Word template for our company that will be used for brochure/promotional material creation. The template needs to be fully editable and incorporate our company logos in our corporate colours. In addition we require our footer template to be updated so we are able to edit the details.

Key requirements:
- Design a contemporary/eye-catching Microsoft Word template for brochure creation. Ideally we would like a multiple page document so we can choose whether to just use the first page for a single page document or use the multiple pages if more than one page is required. We would like the option to be able to add images, adjust size of graphics to suit the text, remove/replace the header/footer if required etc.
- Incorporate our company logo/header/footer and corporate colours (Orange: RGB (255,145,77), Green (RGB: 4,177,160), Blue (83,88, 99)
- Maintain a professional and attractive design throughout- for inspiration we like the look and feel of the following website without the brown colours (www.idverse.com)
- Create an editable footer as per the existing one attached (currently we cannot make changes to the details)

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Extensive experience in graphic design, particularly in document template creation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Strong understanding of corporate branding and colours
- Ability to create visually appealing and professional designs
