3MAY was founded out of deep love and desire for clothes. But even as a fashionista, the sheer amount of choice of clothes there is confused me sometimes. Especially when it comes to commodities like a plain t-shirt or a white dress-shirt I always had a hart time finding a piece at a reasonable price, made in impeccable quality and sustainably sources. In the epic quest of finding the right pieces, I decided that I might as well do it on my own.

-THE NAME 3MAY
This date symbolizes not only my day of birth but the 3M’s also stand for the three main pillars this brand is built on:

-1M.ANKIND
3MAY celebrates the people who turn raw materials into charming clothes and puts the in the centre of attention.

-2M.ATERIAL
We want you to wear our pieces not just for one season but for for years. For this we are always on the research for the finest materials and factories which can create longlasting and timeless products which will remain in our wardrobes season after season.

-3M.ACROCOSMO
We do not only source sustainable fabrics and (even vintage garments), we also incorporate better practices throughout the entire supply chain. This includes sourcing material from European countires and producing the garments solely in Portugal. This leads to the fact that our garments come at a (fraction) of the envirnomental impact most of the other fashion brands have.

-LOGO:
I am already pretty happy with the logo I have created this far. I especially like the simple and clear letters, the frame around it and the green colored background - however something is missing.
Maybe the letters need to be a bit thicker, maybe it is to static - I can not tell.

Please send me your suggestions and feel free to come up with something totally new.
