I like the raised 3-d feel of the type in this version but would rather see colored letters on a white background. I liked the spacing between letters of your first entry but prefer the font in this entry. Also I wonder if it's possible to tip the bucket at the end of the arm that forms the A to make it look more like an actual A while keeping the integrity of the graphic. I would love to see a gradient dark blue fill in the RAD with a solid more slender and centered EXCAVATING with the other changes mentioned. Sorry if I am being critical but I am intrigued by your original design concept and could see something similar as the potential logo. Thanks!!
