I am opening a Teachers Pay Teachers store, and am using the name "Pip Squad Montessori" for the store and my blog. I'd like a versatile logo that I can use for both the blog and store, as well as all of my products.

The final product will require: 1) a square (borderless) version for profiles, and 2) a banner version for the website, etc. In both, the word "Montessori" should be secondary and smaller. "Pip" should be highlighted in some way, either through color, design, or size. 3) The logo should be able to be adapted easily to say "The Pip Squad" in reference to the group's members, possibly for a T-shirt, etc..

A pip is a seed, so a cut open fruit would be a great image, but I am open to other ideas. THERE MUST BE A SEED FOR YOUR ENTRY TO BE CONSIDERED. The seed represents the seeds of knowledge (and the little kids who are learning).

The logo should evoke play, movement, and nature. The name "Pip Squad" is kind of silly (pipsqueaks?), so the logo should acknowledge that and not be too serious, angular, or stiff. The name comes from the group of homeschooling families that I'm leading during Covid, the results of a naming contest within the group.

Montessori is a learning philosophy that emphasises hands-on learning, at the child's own pace, and honors the individuality of the child. Montessori learning involves a lot of freedom (within limits), movement, and exploration. One Montessori spelling material is the wooden "moveable alphabet," which uses blue for vowels and red for consonants. This is another design element you could try incorporating. Do a Google search for "Montessori moveable alphabet print" for examples.
