I need a logo designer to create a simple one or two color logo that conveys friendliness, fun, and playfulness that also incorporates a subtle Texas theme.

The company name is: "Texas Trendy Treats"

Design Elements that are required:
1. The logo must be within a CIRCLE
2. The logo must write out the company name legibly
3. Logo can be 1 or 2 colors

Design Elements that are not required but would be nice to incorporate:
a. Texas theme (flag or armadillo character)
b. icon of an ice cream cone

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in creating minimalistic designs
- Skilled in logo design
- Able to create designs that evoke specific feelings
- Familiar with the principles of branding and design psychology
